Fascinated with Art from his childhood days, Divin became interested in the field of architecture. In 1998 he attended Govt. College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram (CET), from where he graduated with an Architecture Degree in 2003.​ 

He started his Career working with major architects in Ernakulam, Kochi , Kerala. He then traveled to Dubai seeking exposure on modern constuction methords & materials. He is registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi and have achieved the title of Leed Green Associate from US green building Council. He has over 16 years of experience in the field of Consulting, Construction and Project management.
